Successfully assessing, testing, and ultimately delivering Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) product-based solutions to the U.S. Government is not a job best done by any single company. Prescint recognized this prior to the launch of the company and built our business plan around a closely-aligned partnership model. This model is based on a couple of basic but important assumptions:

There are many jobs to be done
Along the road to successful sales for our clients and effective utilization by our customers, there are often obstacles to overcome and many different tasks to be performed - Assessment, Test and Evaluation Contracts, Product Licensing, Product Modification or Enhancement, Code Vetting, Securing Contract Vehicles, and Mitigating Foreign Ownership or Influence (FOCI) issues, to name just a few. Contracting with partner companies who are best at helping us to address each of these needs under Prescint's direction produces a markedly better result.

More voices make for a better product
For many of these tasks, particularly assessment, there is great value to be gained by engaging multiple players with different views, industry contacts, and experience. Hire one government consulting firm and you are limited to that firm's contacts and experience. Bringing in several government consulting firms with differing backgrounds obviously yields better results. Our methodology and extensive partner network makes this approach both feasible and affordable.
